Miller’s Meat Market - We know Venison

Here at Miller's we process beef, pigs and deer year round, but every fall our focus shifts to venison. Our custom shop truly transforms into a venison processing plant. In 2015 we expanded our facility to more efficiently serve you. We offer a skinning room, large hanging cooler to age carcasses, state of the art smoke houses allowing us to create custom products in a controlled atmosphere. Our newest addition is a drying cabinet for our fermented treats. As always, we strive to serve you in the most efficient and friendly manner possible.

The deluxe package includes:

  • Skinning

  • De-Boning

  • Burger and/or fresh sausage (your choice of Country, Italian Hot, Italian Sweet or Cajun)

  • Vacuum Sealed

  • Boxed and frozen

    • Added Pork - Market Price

    • Added Beef - Market Price

    • Jerked Steaks - $2.00 per pound
