CUSTOM CUTTING

We’re a “one-stop-shop” for your custom cutting needs. We harvest & process livestock onsite. We age carcasses in our large hanging cooler for a minimum of 10 days, and our state of the art smokehouses make it possible to provide an array of delicious custom products made in house. We cut & vacuum pack your meat to your specifications.

VENISON SEASON

Every fall Miller’s Meat Market becomes a “Venison Processing Plant”. We’ve cut thousands of them and we do it well. Customers come from miles away to have us process their venison and transform it into delicious steaks, burger, sausage and specialty products.

We’ve been filling freezers in Lewis County and beyond for years. We love giving our customers personalized service. “Miller’s General Store” began back in 1962 when Carl Miller bought a little country store to escape the hustle and bustle of Syracuse, NY. In 1978, Carl and Norma sold the business to their son Dan and his wife Charlene. Dan and Charlene continue to run the store and custom meat shop along with several of their children.

We enjoy giving personalized service to each customer that walks through the door and are proud of the friendly service we offer. We are proud of the friendly service we offer and strive to be on a “first name basis” with all of our patrons, both old customers and new.
